Longtime McKendree netminder Sydney Kane was key in McKendree’s 2-2 weekend at the Indiana Classic. She totaled 34 saves (8.5 per game), posted a .507 save percentage and had a team-high seven steals (1.75 per game). In wins over UC Merced and Carthage College, she had 13 and 10 stops, respectively, and topped a .700 save percentage in both wins. She leads the WWPA in save percentage, goals against average and saves per game.
